Handling of Passenger Information
To proceed with the reservation, we request personal information, which will be strictly confidential and used only for booking purposes:
- Copy of your passport (if booking with an expiring passport, you must provide a copy of the new one as soon as available).
- Full name.
- Date of birth.
- Nationality.
- Gender.
- Dietary requirements.
- Medical conditions (mandatory for adventure tours).
Deposit and Payment Methods
- To confirm the reservation of any of our services, a 50% initial payment of the total price of the requested service(s) must be made (non-refundable in any case). The following are our payment options:
- Payments through our website with the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club .
- Payments through Western Union
- Deposit via bank transfer.
Commissions : All payment methods generate commissions, which vary depending on the company. It is important to emphasize that the customer will bear these costs.
Prices in dollars : All prices are expressed in US dollars and include taxes and fees applicable to foreign tourists, non-resident Peruvians.
Confirmation of the reservation : Once we receive your personal information and the 50% payment for the requested services, we will send you an email within the next 24 hours with the Confirmation Form (this document will include all details of the reserved service or services) .
Payment of the Balance
- The balance must be paid upon arrival in the city of Cusco or before the start of the services.
- Failure to pay the balance will prevent your participation in the reserved services (in no case will the company make any refund of the initial payment).
Airfare and Train Tickets
All airfare and/or train tickets are entirely NON-REFUNDABLE.
Customer-Initiated Itinerary Modifications
- Any modifications initiated by the customer incur penalties to be borne by the customer.
- It is crucial to emphasize that for airfare, train tickets, and Inca Trail permits, modifications are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Transferring the ownership of services is also not possible.
Customer Cancellations or Annulments
- If the cancellation of any service is requested up to 30 days before the tour’s start, 50% of the payment will be refunded. Therefore, if a refund is requested 29 days or less
- before the reserved tour starts, no refund will be processed.
- The following services: Inca Trail, airfare, and/or train tickets are not subject to any cancellation or refund.
Customer Responsabilities
- It is the passenger’s responsability to provide accurate information for making reservations.
- The customer must carry the passport or travel document used for the reservation.
- For hiking and/or adventure excursions, customers over 65 years old must have a medical certificate of good health.
- Having travel insurance before leaving the country is highly recommended Please consult with your agent.
- If the passenger exhibits any of the following symptoms: intoxication, use of toxic substances, mental disorders, or safety measures, we reserve the right to suspend the contracted service.
- If the customer fails to follow the established itinerary, causing delays, losses, or other inconveniences, the customer will be responsible for them.
- There will be no possibility of a refund once the services are in full progress and running regularly if the customer voluntarily decides not to continue with them.
Criteria for Suspending Activity and/or Service
- Social issues (strikes and similar events)
- Inadequate health conditions on the part of the passenger
- Conditions resulting from the consumption of alcohol and/or toxic substances
- Emergency zone declared by the State or authorized office
